During COVID, Sanofi’s DUPIXENT Commercial Training Team faced a significant challenge—many new hires had only experienced remote training and lacked face-to-face mentorship. With the first post-pandemic National Sales Meeting approaching, they needed a training solution that would not only be simple to deploy but also engaging and interactive enough to captivate a large group of learners. Traditional workshops often struggled to encourage meaningful role-play, a crucial component in building sales confidence.
The Solution
Sanofi partnered with CLD to develop the Heist Escape Room Workshop, an immersive and interactive experience tailored to their objectives. The workshop featured:- Selling Arena: Sales reps engaged in realistic sales call simulations with five different healthcare professionals, strengthening their communication and objection-handling skills.
- Game Zone: Participants tackled challenges like "Spin the Wheel" and "Rolling the Dice," fostering strategic thinking and collaboration.
